They even replaced our lost keys at no additional charge. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and of a good size. We particularly enjoyed the awesome breakfast spread with fresh cheeses, meats, fruit, and yogurts. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was only a 20-minute walk from the city center and very close to train stations and transportation.

Convenient location next to a subway stop; clean rooms and bright breakfast area. Modern furniture, essential and stylish. Short distance from Tegel airport and easily accessible for wheelchairs. Heating in the room works well. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms for the price.

We had a fantastic stay at Arena Inn - Berlin Mitte. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the city attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, breakfast, and toilets was really good. The staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The security measures in place gave us peace of mind. The breakfast served was healthy and the cafeteria ladies took great care to ensure everyone had enough food. The hotel is also pet-friendly, a bonus for us.
Although the hotel provided a comfortable stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms could be a challenge during hotter days, so it's advisable to bring a small fan.
